Option 1 - Active Shooter 101: Personal Safety Strategies for Employees
This is a 90-minute presentation geared toward the general population in your workplace that addresses specific response strategies. Training is tailored to be consistent with existing organizational goals, policies, and emergency plans.
Option 2 - Active Shooter Tabletop Exercise: Management Strategies for Safety Committee, Security, Management and other Leadership personnel
This 2-hour tabletop training session is designed for security personnel, managers, and key leadership personnel to clarify the expectations for their roles during an Active Shooter event.
Option 3 - Active Shooter Hybrid Program: Workspace Safety Training and Tour

“An Active Shooter is an individual actively engaged in killing or attempting to kill people in a confined and populated area; in most cases, active shooters use firearms and there is no pattern or method to their selection of victims.
Active shooter situations are unpredictable and evolve quickly. Typically, the immediate deployment of law enforcement is required to stop the shooting and mitigate harm to victims. Because active shooter situations are often over within 10 to 15 minutes before law enforcement arrives on the scene, individuals must be prepared both mentally and physically to deal with an active shooter situation.”
