The WGI name reflects our vision. We have been described as protecting clients from the inside out, serving as the “guardians” of a client's culture of safety and positive leadership. Workplace Guardians, Inc. provides services that positively impact workplace behaviors, from safely intervening in difficult, dangerous or disruptive workplace situations, to aligning positive and productive performance with business goals.
What We Know
In a healthy, harmonious work environment where employees feel valued, incidents of bullying, aggression, threats, or other troubling behaviors are much less likely. WGI's purpose is to help clients create and maintain workplaces that are Safe, Effective and Productive.

Ms. Pittman's career in the field of training and development, managing problematic employee behaviors, and workplace violence prevention began in 2000 when Dr. Tony Baron selected her as the business development professional for his specialized consulting and training firm. It didn't take long for Ms. Pittman to realize that she had found her calling and the place where her passion for building solid, long-term client relationships would blend perfectly with providing programs that positively impact the community.

Suzanne Hoffman, Ph.D. is a licensed psychologist (PSY15000), organizational consultant and trainer who has worked extensively with a variety of private corporations and public entities, consulting in the areas of workplace violence prevention, management and organizational development, workplace sexual harassment, and critical incident debriefing.
